90W PowerFilm FM16-5400 Foldable Solar Charger
This khaki coloured folding solar charger from PowerFilm opens out into a 90W panel to charge your portable electronics via the female cigarette lighter adapter (supplied). At 5lbs (2.27kg), this is much lighter than a rigid panel of similar wattage.
Designed for difficult environments, it is UV and weather resistant (although it will need drying out if it gets wet). The panel is robust and will continue to provide power with minimal loss even if punctured.
The charger folds down into a space similar to that of a large lever arch file, so it will fit into your rucksack or bag. It opens out into a solar panel over a metre wide to provide up to 90W of power.
We recommend you choose a charge controller rated over 6A for this folding solar panel.
