Select Solar's Returns Policy

  • Should you change your mind, you can cancel your order up to fourteen days after you have placed it simply by e-mailing us. You do not need to give a reason. However, if the goods have already been despatched, you will need to pay for their return.
  • Should there be a problem with your goods on arrival, e-mail us within 10 working days. Once the goods have been returned to us we will provide either a full refund or replacement, at your discretion.
  • Information on this page is intended to supplement our Terms and Conditions; if there is any conflict between this policy and our Terms and Conditions, then Terms and Conditions will apply.
